One-on-one and duet private sessions offer practitioners an amazing opportunity to learn more about their own body and understand how to establish a practice to best suit their needs. Yoga was originally passed down directly from master teachers who worked one-on-one to individualize a practice for each student based on their health, body type, and lifestyle.  This personalized guidance is beneficial for all levels.
